f72ba57df8 fix: show only line numbers in code snippet chip label 
Based on user feedback in Issue #10085, the code reference chip
now displays only line numbers (e.g., "lines 10-25") instead of
file path and line numbers (e.g., "file.ts:10-25") since the code
is always from the current page.

Also adds test coverage for code-snippet module.

9a05952af7 feat: add collapsed code snippet display in chat input 
Implements a feature to show code context as compact chips in the chat
input box rather than displaying full code text. When selecting code and
adding to context, it now appears as a collapsed chip showing the file
path and line range.

Features:
- CodeSnippet type for structured code references
- CodeSnippetChip component for compact display of code references
- Multiple code snippets can be added and displayed as chips
- Full code content is expanded when sending to AI
- Remove button on each chip to remove snippets

Relates to #10085

* feat(web-evals): remember last Roo model selection

* fix(web-evals): reset model selections on provider switch and fix lint warning

- Add useEffect to reset model selections when switching between providers
  This prevents OpenRouter model IDs from persisting when switching to Roo,
  which was causing Roo's stored selection to be overwritten with wrong IDs

- Remove unused 'executionMethod' from onSubmit dependency array to fix
  react-hooks/exhaustive-deps warning

* fix(web-evals): add missing executionMethod to test cases

* fix(web-evals): harden localStorage + keep provider selections

fix: add type check for lastMessage.text in TTS useEffect (#10431) 
fix: add type check for lastMessage.text before calling startsWith

Fixes #10430

The TTS useEffect was calling .startsWith() on lastMessage.text after only
checking if it was truthy. If text was a non-string truthy value (array,
object, or number), this would crash with "Q.text.startsWith is not a function".

Changed the truthy check to an explicit type check: typeof lastMessage.text === "string"
