Compact-mode evidence log

Log representative observations from real smriti state --compact --stats usage during Smriti development. One row per notable session or checkpoint — not every single call. Focus on cases where compact mode either helped (saved meaningful context) or hurt (agent missed an artifact it needed). Do not log routine calls with no artifacts.

Run smriti state <space> --compact --stats to get the numbers. The "Artifact fetched?" and "Missing context?" columns are filled manually after the session.
