2bdb83bdb6 feat(publish): support metadata display names independent of skill slugs 
Use optional metadata.display-name for skill titles while preserving stable
slugs and URLs. Keep published titles unchanged until review approval, and
cover localized title display and search with generic example fixtures.

Restore the fallback version title and summary when yanking the latest
published version, with regression coverage for the lifecycle boundaries.

Document the metadata field and retain existing behavior when it is absent.

37bca5a319 chore(web): upgrade mermaid to 12 
Mermaid 12 depends on katex ^0.18, so the katex override added for
Dependabot alert 84 is no longer needed and is removed.

Mermaid 12 changes the defaults to the ELK layout and the neo look with
the redux-color theme. Pin layout, theme and look to their v11 values
so existing skill documents render as before. This also keeps the lazy
1.4 MB ELK chunk from loading.

0b3bbeab3b fix(deps): resolve open Dependabot alerts in web and docs 
Raise pnpm overrides in web/ to the first patched releases:

- undici ^7.29.1 (Dependabot alerts 63, 65, 66, 69, 70, 71)
- dompurify ^3.4.16 (alerts 72, 85)
- katex ^0.18.2 (alert 84), pulled in by mermaid 11 which still
  requests ^0.16
- source-map-js ^1.2.2 (alert 83)
- postcss-selector-parser ^7.1.6 (alert 82), pulled in by tailwindcss 3
- brace-expansion ^1.1.21 / ^2.1.7 (alerts 74, 80)

Add vue ^3.5.42 and source-map-js ^1.2.2 to the docs/skillhub overrides
to resolve @vue/server-renderer (alert 76) and source-map-js (alert 77).

The generated Tailwind stylesheet is byte-identical before and after
the postcss-selector-parser bump.

8a69827286 ci: run the backend test suite on pull requests 
Upstream PRs currently surface only the DCO/CLA app checks, so backend
results were only ever a local report. This adds a minimal workflow that
runs ./mvnw test (Temurin 21, Maven cache, Testcontainers on the hosted
runner) for pull requests and for the authoring feature branches, making
the suite's outcome a visible check on the PR head. Happy to drop or
rework it if the maintainers prefer a different CI arrangement.
