Harshit28j f7eb0be74c fix(ci): revert proxy-extras to 0.4.50 and add missing env key doc 
Revert litellm-proxy-extras version bump to 0.4.50 (matching PyPI) —
the publish is handled by a separate GH Actions workflow, not the CI job.
Add missing PRISMA_RECONNECT_ESCALATION_THRESHOLD to environment settings docs.

Additional files for the proxy. Reduces the size of the main litellm package.

Currently, only stores the migration.sql files for litellm-proxy.

To install, run:

pip install litellm-proxy-extras

OR

pip install litellm[proxy] # installs litellm-proxy-extras and other proxy dependencies

To use the migrations, run:

litellm --use_prisma_migrate
