Joshua Hoblitt d8f162ea22 fix(guardrails): allow MCP call modes on the generic guardrail API (#48060) ... GenericGuardrailAPI.get_supported_event_hooks only listed pre_call, post_call and during_call, so event hook validation rejected the MCP modes and the guardrail was skipped at proxy startup instead of being attached to MCP tool calls. Add pre_mcp_call, during_mcp_call and post_mcp_call. during_mcp_call runs alongside the tool call, so it can fail the call but cannot rewrite its arguments.		2026-10-29 15:32:37 -07:00
