refactor(ui): drop dead locals and unused React state across the dashboard
Removes declarations nothing reads, along with the writes that fed them, so
the remaining code says what it actually does.

Where a declaration was dead but its initializer had a real effect, the call
survives and only the binding goes: spies stay installed, renders still run,
and every awaited request keeps its await. Pure computations are deleted
whole rather than left as statements that build a value and throw it away.

Dead useState pairs are removed outright instead of being elided to
const [, setX], which would keep a hook and every write to a value nothing
reads. Three chains turned out to be dead end to end and are removed with
their fetches: the tool detail team list, the Teams MCP access group load,
and the user dashboard proxy settings load.

ColumnMeta's declaration merging in columnMeta.ts and view_logs/table.tsx is
a false positive; TypeScript requires those type parameters to match the
upstream signature exactly, so both get a scoped suppression instead.

feat(team): custom metadata validation hook for team create and update (#33353)
* feat(team): custom metadata validation hook for team create and update

Operators can point general_settings.custom_team_metadata_validate at an
async Python function that validates team metadata before /team/new,
POST /team/update, and PATCH /team/{team_id} commit their writes. The
hook receives the metadata that will actually be written (the merged
result on PATCH) plus the stored metadata and requester context, and
fails closed: a rejected value returns the function's own message as a
400 while any exception or timeout blocks the write with a configurable
generic message as a 503. Premium-gated like enforced_params.

* fix(team): validate metadata before model alias writes and strip system keys from validator input

Review follow-ups on the team metadata validation hook: run the validator
before the model_aliases table insert so a rejected create leaves no
orphaned model rows, strip system-managed keys from existing_metadata so
the validator sees symmetric input on both fields, and accept class
instances exposing an async __call__ as validators. Adds a three-way
validator implementation matrix (allowlist function, HTTP-service-backed
function, immutability-enforcing class instance) driven through the real
create, update, and patch endpoints, including an HTTP stub service and
outage coverage.

* test(team): run the metadata validation matrix against the DB-backed proxy in CI

Adds the validator matrix to the proxy_store_model_in_db_tests CircleCI
job so every scenario runs full e2e against a Postgres-backed proxy. The
proxy config registers a dispatching validator that routes each request
to one of the three implementations via a metadata key and accepts
anything that does not opt in, keeping the rest of the suite unaffected.
CI starts a stand-in cost center service on the host for the HTTP-backed
implementation, reached from the container via host.docker.internal, and
the outage path targets a closed port to prove the fail-closed 503
without stopping services.

* feat(ui): edit team metadata as key-value pairs in team create and edit forms

The team create and edit forms asked for metadata as a raw JSON blob in a
textarea buried under Additional Settings. Both forms now render a key-value
pair editor directly under the TPM/RPM limit fields, backed by a shared
MetadataKeyValueFields component. Values round-trip losslessly: non-string
values display as JSON and parse back to their typed form on save, and
JSON-ambiguous strings are quoted so their type survives the trip. The edit
form hides UI-managed keys (logging, guardrails, model rate limits, etc.)
that dedicated controls already own and re-add on save.

fix(ui): render Responses API request and response in the logs drawer
The Pretty view only parsed the Chat Completions shape (messages /
choices[0].message), so any spend log storing the Responses API shape
(input / output) rendered an empty Input card and the literal text
"No response data available" even though the row held the full request
and response. This also hit plain /v1/chat/completions callers, because
litellm may route those over the Responses bridge and then store the
upstream Responses-shaped body.

Parsing now branches on a tagged union covering both shapes, which also
replaces the any-typed key sniffing and the role guessing it relied on.

b03803b918 refactor(ui): extract the MCP create form's logic and field groups
Pulls four modules out of the 1398-line create component, which drops to
896 lines. No behavior changes: CreateMCPServer.test.tsx is untouched and
all 77 of its tests pass against the refactored component, which is the
review contract for this PR.

createServerPayload.ts is a pure form-values-to-payload function whose
failures are a tagged union instead of inline notification calls, so the
transformation is reachable without a DOM. createOAuthUiState.ts owns the
snapshot that survives the OAuth authorize redirect, keeping every
presence guard the inline version had. AwsSigV4Fields and
OpenApiByokFields are the two largest JSX blocks, moved verbatim so they
can be diffed as moves.

The create/edit setToken divergence, the mcpLogoImg export, and the
untyped form-values bag are left alone on purpose; each is a behavior or
cross-file change that does not belong in a move.

refactor(ui): rename the create MCP server component to PascalCase (#35686)
Pure rename, no behavior change. create_mcp_server.tsx and its test move
to CreateMCPServer, the two importers and one stale e2e comment follow,
and the local/filename-pascal-case suppression drops now that the file
passes the rule on its own.

The rename is scoped to this one component rather than the whole
directory because three PRs are currently open against its snake_case
siblings; the rest can follow once those land.

feat(mcp): source the ID-JAG subject from the user's stored SSO assertion (#35147)
The ID-JAG egress arm could only assert a caller that presented its own IdP
identity token on the request, so an agent holding a brokered LiteLLM
credential got a 412 and never reached the upstream. The assertion captured at
SSO login was already persisted per user for exactly this purpose, but nothing
read it back.

The arm now falls back to that stored assertion, keyed on the authenticated
principal's user_id. The identity is always taken from the credential the
gateway authenticated, never from a caller-supplied field, so no caller can
select whose identity is asserted upstream. A missing, expired, or
unidentified subject stays a 412; ID-JAG exists to assert a specific user and a
missing subject has no safe substitute. A store outage is the one exception: it
is surfaced as a typed AssertionStoreUnavailable and mapped to 503, so a
database blip cannot 500 the egress or the upstream-401 retry, and does not
tell the user to sign in again over something they cannot fix.

Sourcing a subject from the store rather than the request changed what
invalidation can rely on, so the exchanged-token cache changed with it. The
entry is now addressed by a slot key derived from the principal, plus the
caller's own token when it presented one, with a fingerprint of the subject
token and config stored beside the bearer and compared on every read. A
mismatch reads as a miss and re-mints, so a rotated assertion or an edited
server config cannot be served a bearer authorized under the old inputs, and
two callers cannot receive each other's. Invalidation is a single delete of a
key it can always compute, needing no store lookup on the recovery path.

The upstream-401 invalidate-and-retry path was also gated on a truthy inbound
subject token, which skipped recovery entirely for store-sourced calls. The
gate is now mode-aware: token_exchange still requires an inbound token because
it has nothing else to mint from, id_jag does not.

oauth2_id_jag is also now selectable in the admin dashboard with its own field
set, instead of being reachable only from config.yaml or the REST API. The
auth-type selects drop antd list virtualization: at eleven options the last one
no longer mounts, which is a scroll in a browser but makes the option
unreachable to anything reading the rendered list.

* fix(mcp): annotate connected-app reachability on the gateway connect page

The MCP connect page resolved its server grid through the dashboard identity
(admin shortcut or view_all returns the whole registry) while the gateway DCR
session it sets up resolves servers as an admitted subject through grant
sources only, so the page showed servers and tool counts the session is never
served. GET /v1/mcp/server now accepts connected_app_view=true and stamps each
returned server with connected_app_reachable, computed by the same
_reload_admitted_user + get_allowed_mcp_servers pair the live session uses.
The connect page requests the flag in connect mode and renders unreachable
servers dimmed with a label, excluded from the Connected count and tool-count
fetches. Failure to build the admitted set marks everything unreachable, which
matches what such a session would actually be served. Default behavior without
the param is unchanged for every existing consumer.

* fix(mcp): block connecting unavailable servers from the connect-mode detail view

A server the connect page marks unavailable could still be added through its
detail view Connect action, so the selection could contain servers the
connected-app session is never served. The unavailability decision now lives in
one predicate, connectUnavailabilityLabel, consumed by the card indicator, the
detail view action area, the toggle-on path, the oauth auto-select effect, and
the Connected count, so no interaction path can disagree with the label. This
also closes the same pre-existing hole for servers marked not supported on this
connection, whose detail view likewise offered Connect, and removes a
grandfathered nested ternary, ratcheting the eslint suppressions baseline down

* fix(mcp): hide unreachable servers on the connect page instead of dimming them

Product decision: the connect page should only show what a connected-app
session will actually be served, so annotated-unreachable servers are now
filtered out of the connect-mode list at fetch time rather than rendered
dimmed. Unsupported auth types keep their existing dimmed label since they are
a property of the server, not the caller. A user with zero reachable servers
gets an explanatory empty state pointing at grants. The list filter is the
single source: counts, tabs, auto-select, detail view, and tool-count fetches
all derive from the already-filtered state

* fix(mcp): guarantee the connect view lists every session-reachable server

The connect view's membership came from the dashboard resolver with the
admitted-subject answer only annotated on top, so a server reachable by the
session but missing from the dashboard list would be invisible on the page; an
under-report, the mirror of the bug this PR fixes. The connect view now unions
in any session-reachable server the dashboard resolver did not list, built
from the registry and redacted through the same ladder, so page membership
equals the admitted set by construction in both directions

* fix(mcp): honor connected_app_view only for the dashboard UI session credential

The reachability view resolves through the owning user's admitted identity, so
a caller-passed virtual key could use the param to enumerate servers beyond
its own scope (ids, names, descriptions of the owner's wider grants). The view
is now gated on is_ui_session_credential, a predicate factored out of
resolve_ui_session_team_ids so the two user-identity widening sites share one
trust boundary: the SSO-minted dashboard session token acting as its user. Any
other credential gets the param as a no-op and the admitted resolver is never
consulted for it

* fix(mcp): resolve UI sessions with the admitted-user context everywhere, not per endpoint

The list endpoint unioned in session-reachable servers itself while tool
counts, Connect actions, and credential endpoints still authorized through
build_effective_auth_contexts, whose contexts carry team grants but never the
user row's own object permission; a user-granted server could render on the
connect page while every interaction on it failed. The admitted-user context
(the same auth a gateway session resolves with) is now appended inside
build_effective_auth_contexts for UI session credentials, so the page list and
every per-server action endpoint answer identically, and the list endpoint's
one-off union is deleted. Caller-passed keys are still never widened
(is_ui_session_credential gate inside the context builder) and a reload
failure falls back to team contexts only

* fix(mcp): resolve non-admin dashboard sessions as the admitted subject on tool routes

Server reachability on the REST tool routes came from the widened context
union while tool permission checks ran on the bare session key, which carries
no object permission, so a dashboard user could invoke tools their user-level
grant excludes. Rather than bookkeeping which context granted which server,
the routes now choose one principal at the boundary: acting_user_auth swaps a
non-admin UI session for the admitted-subject auth, the same identity a
gateway session resolves with, so reachability, per-source fail-closed tool
ceilings, rate limits, and billing attribution all bind through the admitted
arms that already exist downstream. Admin sessions keep their operator view
and caller-passed credentials are never widened. One swap point per route,
no per-server principal picking, no parallel permission logic

* fix(mcp): derive the connect page's detail view from the reachable server list

The detail view held its own copy of the server object, so it outlived the list it came
from. When a refetch dropped that server as unreachable, the open detail view kept
rendering it and its Connect action still ran: the guard looked the server back up by id
or name in the current list, found nothing, and fell through, because a missing target
read as "nothing to block" rather than "no longer connectable"

Store the selected server's id and derive the row from the list instead. A server the
list no longer carries cannot be the detail view's subject, so the stale render, the
stale tools query and the guard bypass stop being reachable states rather than being
blocked one at a time. handleToggle now takes the server it is toggling, which deletes
the lookup that could miss at all

* refactor(mcp): one owner for the identity a dashboard session acts as

Three call sites reloaded the admitted subject independently, and the management
endpoint carried its own copy of the reload, the HTTPException swallow and the logging.
admitted_user_context is now the only place that answers "what user identity does this
dashboard session act as", and the connected-app reachability helper reads it, which
also drops its dead empty-user_id branch

That owner now carries the request's tracing span onto the admitted principal.
_reload_admitted_user builds a fresh auth from the user row and has no span of its own,
so swapping it in on the REST tool routes silently detached every downstream lookup and
the tool-call logging from the request's trace

Toolset scoping and the acting-as-user swap are mutually exclusive, so they now share
one owner on the tools list route. The admitted subject resolves per grant source and a
team source deliberately carries none of the caller's object_permission, so a toolset
narrowing layered on top would evaporate on every team-granted server: the request would
be admitted through the toolset grant and then served tools from servers the toolset
never named. A request carrying a toolset name stays on the caller's own credential,
exactly as it did before the swap

* fix(mcp): commit every async connect-page write against the list as it stands

Three continuations in the panel decided against state captured before their await and
committed after it, so a reachability refetch landing in between could not be seen

handleToggle validated the server at click time and then, once listMCPTools resolved,
wrote its name into the selection whatever the list had since become; a server the
refresh had dropped was selected anyway. It now re-asks connectableNow at the commit,
and that predicate resolves the id against the current list, so absence fails closed
instead of reading as nothing to block

The load pipeline was worse, because its cancel flag was shared across runs: the
successor's effect body reset it to false before the predecessor's fetch resolved, so a
superseded load could still run setServers and put the dropped server back on the page
outright. The flag is now a per-effect local that only that run's cleanup can clear,
which is also what makes unmount stop the chunked tool-count loop again. The load
passes its own liveness check down to the tool-count and oauth-status writes rather
than having them consult a flag they share with every other run

* fix(mcp): write the connect-page server list to its ref as it is committed

connectableNow resolves a server id against serversRef, but that ref was a mirror kept
in step by a passive effect, so it lagged the state it mirrored by however long React
took to render and flush. A continuation resolving inside that window read the previous
list: the commit-time reachability check would find a server the refetch had already
dropped, call it connectable, and select it, which is the mismatch the check exists to
prevent

The lag was the whole defect, so the mirror is gone. commitServers writes the ref and
the state together, at the one point the list is ever replaced, and the ref is now
never older than the last committed list. Readers that want the newest answer
(connectableNow, the oauth auto-select effect) get it; rendering still derives from
state, so what is on screen is unchanged

Pinned by a test that resolves the refetch and the in-flight Connect in the same tick,
with no render flushed between them, which is the interleaving the earlier regression
could not reach. The two prop mirrors are deliberately untouched: their staleness is
inherent to appending to a parent-owned list from an async callback rather than caused
by the mirror, and no reachability decision reads them

feat(ui): add sorting, filtering and search to the budgets page
Move the budgets table onto the paged management list route so sorting,
filtering and search happen server-side instead of over whichever rows
happened to be in memory.

Adds useResourceList, a generic hook that owns page, page_size, sort, q
and filters for a server-driven table, folds them into one JSON:API query
and returns exactly the props DataTable's server modes want. Budgets is
its first consumer.

The budget id column now renders in full with a copy button instead of a
fixed-width cell, and the table gains Reset and Created columns.

516953b073 feat(ui): let team admins create auto-routers; authorize models by team, not created_by
The Auto-Routers tab was proxy-admin only, while Add Model on the same page already
admits team admins. The asymmetry was not a policy decision; the auto-router create form
simply never mounted a team selector, so a team admin's submit was unscoped and POST
/model/new rejects an unscoped create from any non-proxy-admin. Mounting the shared
TeamDropdown closes it, and the tab now takes the same audience as its sibling.

Fixing that surfaced a second, larger problem. The dashboard decided who may edit or
delete a deployment with `(userRole === "Admin" || created_by === userID) && db_model`,
but `created_by` is written at creation and never read by any backend auth check. The API
authorizes on team-admin membership of model_info.team_id, so the dashboard was wrong in
both directions: it hid controls from team admins the API accepts, and offered them to
former team admins the API rejects. Verified against a live proxy; a model created by the
proxy admin was PATCHed and DELETEd 200 by a team admin who did not create it, while the
same key got 403 on another team's row and on an unscoped row.

Both questions now have one owner in utils/modelPermissions.ts, deliberately shaped as a
mirror of ModelManagementAuthChecks. Creation returns a tagged union rather than a pair of
booleans, so "may not create" and "may create unscoped" cannot be confused, and the five
places that had each invented their own spelling (the models page, the auto-routers tab
and panel, the auto-router form, and both branches of AddModelForm) call it instead.

Row affordances are now per row rather than per tab, because opening the tab to team
admins puts routers they cannot act on in the same list.

Note for reviewers: collapsing AddModelForm onto the shared owner changes behaviour for
org_admin and Admin Viewer who also admin a team. They previously got the optional team
selector, because all_admin_roles counts them as admins, and could submit an unscoped
create that the API always 403s; they now get the required selector.

Also corrects stale copy left by the auto-router move. The exclude_auto_routers API
description named a dashboard page, which went stale inside a single PR; it now describes
the concept so it cannot drift with the UI again.

The eslint-suppressions prune includes one entry for caching/_components/cache_dashboard.tsx,
which this branch does not touch. Its baseline was already stale; the gate measures the whole
tree, so it could not be left behind.

fec7f5f246 feat(ui): give auto-routers their own tab on Models + Endpoints
Auto-routers had no home and no list. The create form was mounted in two unrelated places,
inside Models + Endpoints > Add Model and again under Cost Optimization, and neither showed
which auto routers already existed; seeing or editing one meant finding its row in the models
table and drilling in. They now get a dedicated Auto-Routers tab beside All Models, listing
every auto_router/* deployment with create, edit and delete in one place, and both former
entry points are removed.

Creating opens in a shadcn dialog rather than swapping the whole panel out, so the list stays
on screen behind it; the dialog caps its height and scrolls, since the complexity form is long.
The form's own heading goes with it, the dialog header owning that now.

An auto router is a routing construct rather than a deployment, so it also comes off the All
Models table. That table pages server-side off total_count, so a client-side filter would page
over a total including rows it never renders; /v2/model/info therefore gains
exclude_auto_routers (default false, so every existing caller is unaffected) and the filter
runs before the count. /v1/models is untouched, so clients still see auto-routers as models.

Clicking a router opens the same `?model=` drill-in the All Models table uses, so it lands in
ModelInfoView with the full Model Settings, Edit Settings, Edit Auto Router and Delete. An
earlier revision had a bespoke detail page here, which was a partial reimplementation of that
view and showed the router's type twice, once as a Type pill and again as a "Routing strategy"
field saying the same thing. Both are gone.

The auto-router list is keyed under the same `models/list` namespace as the models table
rather than a private one. It reads the same /v2/model/info data, and six call sites across
the app already invalidate ["models","list"] after a write; a separate key meant an edit made
through ModelInfoView left the tab stale until a full reload, and every future writer would
have had to remember a second key.

An auto router has no upstream credential, so its detail header drops Update API Key and
Re-use Credentials, and the destructive action names what it removes rather than saying model.
Test Connection was gated on the editor-aware predicate, which let adaptive and quality routers
through to a check that builds its targets from complexity config they do not have; it now
gates on the deployment predicate.

The edit modal also applies the semantic-matching guard the create form has. It renders those
controls now, and the backend raises on semantic_keyword_matching without an embedding model or
keyword rules, so skipping the shared validator turned an inline message into a raw 400.

Whether a row is writable has two independent axes and the dashboard needs both. STRATEGY:
there are four auto_router/* kinds and only complexity and semantic have a form here, so
adaptive and quality must not be handed an editor that would write auto_router_config onto a
deployment storing its settings elsewhere. ORIGIN: a config.yaml row reports db_model false and
the API refuses it whatever its strategy (PATCH /model/{id}/update 404s, POST /model/delete
400s). Capability is derived per capability rather than as one editable flag, because the
constraints differ: editing needs an editor, deleting removes a row by id and never reads its
config, so a DB-created adaptive router stays deletable. Both axes live in
add_model/auto_router_strategies.ts as a declarative table, one record per strategy, so a fifth
strategy is a table row rather than another branch. That also retired four copies of "is this a
complexity router", one of which was written twice in a row in model_info_view.

Creation narrows to the complexity router, which the UI calls Auto-Router v2; the semantic
option was already badged "to be deprecated" in the picker, so the picker goes away along with
the semantic submit path and its validation helper. Existing semantic routers stay editable.

The edit modal mounted ComplexityRouterConfig without the keyword, escalation and
semantic-matching handlers, so those sections never rendered and could only be set at create
time. It now hydrates them from the stored config, and the five keys become managed only when a
caller supplies that state, so a caller rendering no such control still carries them through. A
component-level round-trip test covers it: a payload-builder test cannot see a hydration bug.

A complexity tier is str | list[str] on the backend, and the UI carried three readers of that
rule, one of which dropped a pinned string. They collapse into one owner,
add_model/complexity_router_tiers.ts.

feat(ui): split failed requests into their own series on the cache dashboard (#34862)
* feat(ui): chart failed requests as their own series on the cache dashboard

Spend logs for failed requests are stored with an empty call_type, so the
Cache Hits vs API Requests chart lumped them into an Unknown bar that read
as normal LLM API traffic. The activity query now also returns a per-group
failed_rows count (status = 'failure') and the dashboard charts it as a
third stacked series, so failures are visibly separate from successful
requests and cache hits. The chart data transform moves into a pure
summarizeCacheActivity helper with unit tests; header stats keep their
existing semantics (cache hit ratio still counts failures in the
denominator).

* refactor(ui): move cache dashboard aggregation server-side with a typed response

The /global/activity/cache_hits endpoint previously returned raw per
(key, call_type, model) spend-log aggregates typed as LiteLLM_SpendLogs
(wrong), and the dashboard reduced them in the browser: grouping by
call_type, relabeling empty call_type as Unknown, and computing the stat
card totals. All of that now happens server-side. The SQL groups per
call_type and splits cache hits vs successful vs failed requests, a new
cache_activity module validates rows into Pydantic models and computes
totals plus the key-alias/model filter options, and the endpoint declares
a real response_model so schema.d.ts types it correctly. The dashboard
consumes it through a typed $api react-query hook (filters ride the
query key and are applied in SQL instead of the browser), the hand-rolled
summarizeCacheActivity transform and the adminGlobalCacheActivity fetch
helper are deleted, and the refresh button now actually refetches.

The endpoint is UI-internal (hidden from the public swagger), so the
response reshape is not a public API break.

fix(ui): validate default team values in Default User Settings (#34815)
* fix(ui): validate default team values in Default User Settings

The Default User Settings form accepted any free-text team id, and the
proxy persisted it without checking the team exists. New users were then
silently never added to the default team because the consume-time 404
from team_member_add was swallowed at debug level.

Backend: PATCH /update/internal_user_settings now rejects unknown and
duplicate team ids with a 400 naming them, before any persistence or
team budget side effects. Team-add failures in _add_user_to_team now log
at ERROR with user and team ids.

UI: DefaultUserSettings rewritten as a shadcn + react-hook-form + zod
form following the org-settings pattern. The team id free-text input is
replaced with a searchable server-backed team picker, so only existing
teams can be selected; zod blocks empty and duplicate rows. The shared
deriveErrorMessage helper now unwraps the HTTPException detail.error
shape so backend validation errors surface readably in toasts.

* fix(ui): restore read-only view with Edit Settings toggle on default user settings

Parity with the pre-migration form: the tab renders a read-only summary
of the saved defaults, Edit Settings opens the RHF form, Cancel discards
pending edits and returns to the summary, and a successful save returns
to the summary showing the new values. Model sentinel labels in the
summary are derived from ModelSelect's now-exported special values
instead of duplicating the strings.

c8b0530c30 fix(proxy): roll up tool spend daily instead of scanning SpendLogs
GET /v1/tool/spend served the Cost Optimization card with two raw queries
over LiteLLM_SpendLogToolIndex x LiteLLM_SpendLogs on every dashboard load;
the totals query's driving scan was all of SpendLogs in the window. Both
per-request tables reach 1M+ rows at customer scale, so the card cost
O(traffic) per view and had to be capped at 30 days.

The index writer also mined proxy_server_request.tools, i.e. tools DECLARED
in the request body, attributing each request's full spend to tools that
never ran; and all non-MCP mining ran against payload fields that are '{}'
unless store_prompts_in_spend_logs is enabled, so non-MCP coverage silently
depended on a privacy setting.

Now the spend writer builds a ToolUsageTransaction at request time from
invoked tools only, resolved by the shared get_tool_calls_from_response
normalizer so every response surface (chat completions, Responses API,
Anthropic Messages) is covered; the tool registry's response arm delegates
to the same owner. Transactions queue beside the spend-log queue and the
flush job writes index rows plus a new LiteLLM_DailyToolSpend rollup
(date, tool_name PK) in one transaction, retrying connection errors with
backoff (a failed batch commits nothing, so the retry cannot double-count)
and dropping the batch with an error log on anything else.

The endpoint aggregates in SQL: by_tool is the top TOOL_SPEND_TOP_TOOLS
tools by spend via group_by and daily covers only those tools, so the
response is bounded by days x TOOL_SPEND_TOP_TOOLS regardless of range or
tool-name cardinality; the 30-day clamp is gone. total_spend is dropped
from the response; it was never rendered and its deduplicated semantics
are not computable from a rollup. Spend-log retention deliberately does
not touch the rollup, so tool spend history outlives per-request rows.

revert(ui): return Models + Endpoints tabs to in-memory, keep the ?model drill-in (#34629)
Per-tab path routing for Models made each tab a separate route parsed out
of the pathname, which is fragile under a static export mounted at a
runtime-variable server-root prefix. Revert the tabs to in-memory state:
a single /models-and-endpoints route renders an antd Tabs whose active
tab is React state, and each tab body moves from its own page.tsx into a
non-routed panel component under panels/. Role-gating (which tabs show),
the refresh control and the header are unchanged.

The ?model= / ?team= query drill-in stays: it is query-param based (read
via useSearchParams, written via history.pushState), so it is unaffected
by the server-root prefix and remains shareable. The shared tab-routing
helpers (createTabRoutes / useTabRouting) are untouched; the other four
pages still use them.

Removes the per-tab route dirs, layout.tsx and tabRoutes.ts (+ their
path-routing tests) and replaces the layout's coverage with a page test
for in-memory tab switching, the drill-in overlays and role-gating.

refactor(ui): migrate routing groups table onto the shared DataTable
Rebuilds the Router Settings > Routing Groups table on the shared DataTable
and cell library, the last antd entity grid in the dashboard.

The table splits into a thin RoutingGroupsTable container plus
RoutingGroupsTableColumns, with the usage snippets moving to their own
RoutingGroupUsagePanel on ui/tabs and the shared CodeBlock instead of antd
Tabs and Paragraph copyable. Models render through the shared ModelsCell so
long lists collapse behind "+N more" rather than wrapping the row, and the
two inline icon buttons become a single overflow menu with Edit and Delete.

antd gave the snippet panel its own chevron column; under the shared pattern
a row has two click targets, the name cell and the overflow menu, so clicking
the group name now opens the panel. Column set, order, actions, and the
backend row order are otherwise unchanged.

2ccdb0896d feat(mcp): send RFC 8707 resource indicators on upstream OAuth legs
The gateway acts as an MCP client toward upstream MCP servers, and the MCP
authorization spec requires an MCP client to send the RFC 8707 resource
parameter on both the authorization request and every token request. The
gateway sent it on none of its upstream OAuth legs, so an authorization server
that requires resource indicators rejected the exchange with invalid_target
with no way to configure around it.

Authorization servers disagree irreconcilably and nothing advertises which
camp they are in, so this is a per-server opt-in rather than a default: most
providers ignore the parameter, some hard-reject it and carry audience in
scopes instead, and strict or MCP-native ones refuse to mint a correctly
scoped token without it. The new upstream_resource setting is unset by
default, which keeps today's requests byte-identical.

Both outbound OAuth stacks resolve the value from the server exactly once and
carry it structurally rather than attaching it per call site. In v1 every
plain-OAuth2 token leg builds its body through one helper that resolves the
resource in the same call as the mandatory client authentication; in v2 the
adapter, the single place an MCPServer becomes an outbound config, resolves it
onto the client_credentials config that the HTTP/SSE M2M path uses, and it
joins the config's mint identity so retargeting a live server refreshes the
token rather than serving the previous audience's. A leg cannot authenticate
without also naming the resource its sibling legs named, which is what an
attach-per-call-site approach kept getting wrong.

The setting is non-secret admin config sharing a blob with real secrets, and
the backend classifies which key is which rather than nulling the blob
wholesale or gating on its truthiness: redaction returns admin config to an
admin, session inheritance ignores it when deciding whether a real credential
was supplied and carries it onto the derived server, and the edit form renders
the same shared OAuth component as create so the field exists on both, an
emptied field submitting an explicit null that the credential merge drops.

routes exclusively own. Markup only: no behaviour, data flow or copy changed, and
no shared or form-bearing component is touched, so the blast radius stops at
these pages.

The 12 tests covering these components are unchanged from the previous commit and
still pass, which is the evidence that the rewrite preserved behaviour. Also
prunes the six antd no-restricted-imports suppressions these files no longer
need.

refactor(ui): migrate logging-and-alerts, caching and policies to shadcn
Markup-only migration of the 17 files these three routes exclusively own,
replacing antd and Tremor with the installed shadcn (base-vega) primitives and
lucide icons. No route behaviour changes; the tests written in the previous
commit are untouched here and pass against both the old and the new markup.

Colour now comes from tokens rather than from hardcoded utilities, so the
health-check button, the alerts and the badges no longer pin their own palette.
email_settings also loses an invalid DOM nesting (a table cell inside a div, and
a div inside a paragraph) that React had been warning about.

Two modals on the policies page moved from the Policies panel up to the panel
root. Base UI Tabs mounts only the active panel, unlike Tremor, and both are
opened from the Templates tab, so leaving them nested would have made "Use
Template" do nothing.

Retires 53 antd import suppressions from the eslint baseline.

refactor(ui): migrate access-groups, vector-stores, organizations to shadcn
Moves the nine files these three routes exclusively own off antd and Tremor onto the
shadcn primitives in src/components/ui. Scope came from the migration analyzer's import
closure, so nothing reached by a second route is touched and every file carrying an antd
Form is left alone until #34195 lands.

access-groups gets the page header, search box and the whole detail view; vector-stores
gets the tab shell, the store picker and the tester panel; organizations gets the
organization detail view and the three filter controls.

Two changes are behavioural rather than cosmetic. The vector-stores tab strip moves from
Tremor, which mounts every panel at once, to Base UI, which mounts only the active panel;
that is the correct behaviour and the reworked test now opens the tab it asserts on. The
antd Select on the Test Vector Store tab becomes a combobox rather than a plain select so
its showSearch type-ahead survives.

organization_view keeps one antd import, the ColumnsType used to build the extra columns
it hands to the shared MemberTable; that is dictated by the shared component's API and
goes away when MemberTable migrates. eslint-suppressions.json ratchets down accordingly:
eight files lose their no-restricted-imports entry and organization_view drops from three
to one.

Every test passes unedited across the migration, and the visual gate reports the three
migrated routes changed with the other 32 pixel-identical

Shared components stay on antd; they are reached by other routes and are

The dashboard already receives the requested model name as model_group on
every spend-log row, but LogEntry dropped the field, so nothing distinguished
an auto-routed request from a direct one.

Surface it precisely rather than by comparing requested against resolved:
model_group differs from model for plain aliases and wildcard deployments
too, so a bare mismatch tags almost every row and identifies nothing. The
indication is driven instead by which deployments are auto-routers, resolved
from every page of /v2/model/info and shared through context.

The request drawer header names the router in a badge next to the provider;
the session sidebar swaps the entry's leading icon. Rows that no auto-router
served render exactly as before.

* refactor(ui): extract shared tab-routing helpers

Every per-tab-routed page copy-pastes the same URL<->slug logic and the
same active-tab/redirect engine. Extract two reusable pieces:

- createTabRoutes(baseSegment, slugs) in utils/tabRoutes.ts returns
  { baseSegment, slugs, tabHref, slugFromPathname }, the trailing-slash
  href builder (via migratedHref) and the pathname->slug reader.
- useTabRouting({ routes, baseTabKey, visibleKeys, ready }) derives the
  active tab from the pathname, redirects an unknown/forbidden slug to
  base once ready, and returns an onTabChange navigator.

visibleKeys + ready exist so a role-gated page can pass its filtered tab
set and defer the redirect until permissions resolve, rather than
bouncing a user off a still-loading valid tab. Both are pure/unit-tested.
No page consumes them yet.

* refactor(ui): migrate Models + Endpoints onto the shared tab-routing helpers

Replace the page's hand-rolled tabRoutes.ts (base segment + slug tuple +
href builder + slugFromPathname) with createTabRoutes, keeping the
existing named exports as thin re-exports so callers and tests are
unchanged. The layout drops its local activeSlug/isKnownSlug/activeKey
derivation, its redirect useEffect and its router.push onChange in favor
of useTabRouting, passing the role-filtered visibleKeys and a ready flag
(!teamsLoading && !uiSettingsLoading) so the permission-gated redirect
behavior is preserved exactly. The antd tab bar, role-gated tab set, the
refresh button and the ?model=/?team= drill-in overlay are untouched; the
file's pre-existing antd import is now recorded in the suppressions
baseline since editing it makes it a linted-as-changed file.

The existing models-and-endpoints layout.test.tsx and tabRoutes.test.ts
pass unchanged, which is the regression guarantee.

refactor(ui): migrate agents to shadcn (#34365)
* test(ui): make the agents route's tests markup-agnostic before migration

Rewrites the two assertions that were coupled to antd's DOM and adds the
missing characterisation test for agent_cost_view, so the suite describes
behaviour rather than antd markup and can stay untouched across the shadcn
migration.

The skill selection test reached the checkbox with a querySelector on
input[type=checkbox]; antd renders an input while Base UI renders a
span[role=checkbox], so it now queries by role and accessible name, which
both libraries derive from the wrapping label.

The delete confirmation test queried role=dialog; antd Modal is a dialog
while Base UI AlertDialog is an alertdialog, so it now anchors on the
confirmation text and accepts either role.

agent_cost_view had no test at all; it gets one covering the null render,
the dollar-prefixed values, the omitted rows, and a zero cost that must not
be mistaken for unset.

All 55 tests pass against the current antd components.

* refactor(ui): migrate agents to shadcn

Replaces antd and Tremor with shadcn (base-vega) primitives across the five
files the agents route exclusively owns. Markup only; no behaviour, data
fetching or route structure changes.

Modal becomes AlertDialog, with a plain destructive Button in the footer
rather than AlertDialogAction, because that action is AlertDialog.Close and
would dismiss the dialog before the delete request settles, losing the
in-flight state. Alert, Tag, Spin, Space, Collapse, Descriptions, Typography
and the antd icons map onto alert, badge, ui-loading-spinner, flex/grid
utilities, collapsible, a definition list, semantic headings and lucide.

The shadcn CLI emits alert.tsx importing cva from class-variance-authority,
which this project does not depend on; it uses the cva object syntax from
lib/cva.config. The generated file fails to typecheck, so the adapted copy
lives in components/shared instead, per the convention that ui/ stays
CLI-managed.

Colour comes from tokens throughout, so the info callout is now the neutral
card style rather than antd's blue, and nothing hardcodes a colour in the way
of a later theme change.

The 55 tests in the route pass unchanged from the previous commit. The visual
gate re-baselined agents and all 34 other routes stayed pixel-identical.

* refactor(ui): migrate request logs table onto the shared DataTable

Moves the Request Logs tab off the local view_logs/table.tsx clone and onto the
shared DataTable in server sort, pagination, and filter mode. The container is
split into RequestLogsPanel (data owner: the spend-logs query, the session dedup
and composition pipeline, and the detail drawer), a thin RequestLogsTable, and
RequestLogsTableColumns. The clone itself stays for now because TopModelView and
TopKeyView still consume it

The advanced filter bar moves into the shared DataTableFilterDrawer, so filters
commit on Apply and render as removable chips. That makes the per-keystroke
debounce in the query hook redundant, and the hook now takes ColumnFiltersState,
PaginationState, and SortingState directly instead of carrying its own filter
shape. Reset still restores the default 24 hour window alongside the filters

Adds shared/PaginatedSearchSelect, a Base UI combobox with server-side search and
infinite scroll, and uses it for the Key Alias and Model filters. That retires the
three logs-only antd pickers (PaginatedKeyAliasSelect, PaginatedModelSelect,
FilterTeamDropdown) and the FilterComponent molecule they plugged into. The shared
TeamDropdown is deliberately untouched: six other surfaces still render it, five of
them as a bare child of an antd Form.Item that injects value/onChange implicitly

* test(ui): pin team-scoped key alias filtering in the logs filter drawer

The Key Alias filter narrows its options to the team selected in the same
drawer, a cross-filter dependency carried over from the antd picker it
replaced. Nothing covered it: the live QA pass explicitly did not exercise

Rebuilds the All Models table on the shared DataTable, following the 2a
treatment from the Models + Endpoints design: one card holding search, the
Team and View selectors, refresh, columns and filters, with the active
filters on a chip row and the pagination footer at the bottom.

Retires the last hand-rolled tremor renderer (all_models_table.tsx) and the
antd/tremor column defs in molecules/models/columns.tsx, replacing them with
a thin AllModelsTable consumer plus AllModelsTableColumns built from the
shared cell library.

Behavior is preserved end to end. The server sort field mapping now lives
next to the column ids so the two cannot drift. Status keeps its column and
its sort, hidden by default behind the Columns menu because the design shows
nine columns. Access groups collapse into a "+N more" tooltip instead of a
per-row expand toggle, and the full reset moves into the filter drawer
footer where the design puts it.

Adds the shadcn hover-card primitive (Base UI PreviewCard in the base-vega
style) for the model information hover, which needs an interactive surface a
tooltip cannot provide.

* fix(ui): stop the models tab re-querying on mount

The mount-time effect fires the debounced search with the initial empty
value, and its callback rebuilt the pagination object unconditionally. That
produced a second render (and a second query) roughly 300ms after mount with
no user input, which on a slow CI machine swapped the table's row nodes
mid-interaction and made a click land on a detached node.

resetToFirstPage now returns the existing state when already on the first
page, so React bails out instead of re-rendering. Pinned with a test that
asserts no additional query after the debounce settles; it fails without the
fix.

Pins the drawer's behaviour against the current antd implementation: the
metadata fields it surfaces, the timeline ordered by sequence number, the
empty-events copy, the messages section staying collapsed until opened, the
in-drawer refresh refetching, and the close control dismissing it.

Every assertion is role/text based so the same file can stay green once the
component moves off antd, without being edited.

* refactor(ui): migrate workflow runs to shadcn

Replaces the antd Drawer, Collapse, Button, Spin, Tooltip and Empty on the
Workflow Runs page with the installed Base UI primitives (Sheet, Collapsible,
Button, UiLoadingSpinner, Tooltip) and lucide icons, and moves the page's
hardcoded hex colours, fonts and geometry onto design tokens and utility
classes so the page can be themed. The only inline styles left are the gantt
bars' computed left/width, which are runtime values.

a78130461f feat(mcp): gateway DCR session admission at the aggregate /mcp endpoint (LIT-3637)
Admits a keyless SSO user (no virtual key) at the aggregate /mcp endpoint from a gateway DCR
session bearer, resolving team/org/SCIM/budget authorization fresh on every call.

- Aggregate DCR front door: stateless /register (sealed llm_dcrc_ client ids), SSO-backed
  /authorize + /authorize/complete, and /token minting identity-only session tokens with PKCE,
  single-use codes/flows, and rotating refresh tokens.
- Admission: a session-shaped Authorization at the aggregate scope opens via _admit_gateway_session,
  reloads the live user, and runs the centralized policy gate; failures return the RFC 9728
  invalid_token challenge. Gated on the un-forgeable, server-only mcp_admitted_user_subject marker,
  so virtual-key and JWT auth are unchanged.
- Authorization model: an admitted subject is resolved as one plain UserAPIKeyAuth per grant source
  (its own grants, plus each team it is a live roster member of), each answered by the SAME resolver
  virtual keys use, then unioned. That branch is the FIRST statement of BOTH public resolvers, so no
  single-credential prelude runs for it and a fault in a lookup it never uses cannot deny its grants. A source team counts only while it is a live grantor: roster membership, not
  blocked, and neither the team nor its owning org over budget (enforced through the SAME
  _team_max_budget_check / _organization_max_budget_check owners common_checks uses for keys).
  Each team source carries that team's own org, so the existing org
  ceiling caps it; for a keyless source the org list only ever intersects (a ceiling must not become
  a grant) and an unresolvable ceiling denies rather than silently uncapping, on both the server and
  tool axes. _roster_team_object is the single owner of "which teams count": a team whose roster no
  longer lists the user neither grants servers nor throttles, in one place.
- Rate limits: the subject is bounded by its user rpm/tpm AND by the per-server mcp_rpm_limit of
  the team a call is ATTRIBUTED to — the same single source billing charges, from the same owner. A key charges its one pinned team's bucket; a keyless
  subject has no team_id, so admission stamps each granting team's limit map onto the auth
  (server-only field, stripped from validated input like the marker) and the limiter emits that
  team's mcp_per_team descriptor. Charging every granting team instead would let one cross-team user
  drain several teams' SHARED buckets on a single call and block their other members; and a server
  the user's OWN grant reaches charges no team bucket at all, because no team provided it. Per-KEY
  MCP limits do not apply because there is no key.
- Wrapper channels: the manager-level union treats the admitted subject by the same grant model.
  The admin-role short-circuit and the absolute no_mcp_servers early-return are key-credential
  rules and never apply to it (a session bearer is a third-party client credential, not the
  dashboard, and the subject's opt-out silences only its own source). Operator-open channels
  (allow_all_keys, the user's own BYOM submissions) are owned by one operator_open_server_ids
  helper that BOTH the server union and the admitted tool resolution consult (suppress-BYOM-when-
  explicitly-scoped is a key-credential rule and never applies to the subject, whose user row
  carries the DB-default empty mcp_servers), so an open-channel
  server is default-open for tools instead of listable but uninvokable.
- Redirect URIs: one owner, validate_redirect_uri_shape, decides redirect-URI hygiene (bad scheme,
  fragment, missing host, userinfo, backslash host) and resolves allowlisted native callbacks, shared
  by DCR registration and the OAuth endpoints. Registration keeps a deliberately wider trust policy
  than validate_trusted_redirect_uri: public dynamic registration accepts any https client, and its
  controls are mandatory S256 PKCE plus the consent screen.
- Egress leak-defense: a gateway admission credential (session bearer / bridge envelope) is scrubbed
  from EVERY egress header context, anchored to the credential shape, so it can never be forwarded
  upstream and replayed.
- Single-use guard: auth-code, refresh and connect-flow claims resolve the proxy's cross-worker redis
  cache themselves rather than trusting the cache passed in, and fail CLOSED on a Redis fault instead
  of falling back to a per-worker count that a captured id could replay through another worker.
- Sign-in return_to: one shared, never-raising helper persists a safe return_to for every sign-in
  branch (SSO/Okta/generic and username/password), and every branch RESUMES through the same
  _sso_return_to_redirect the SSO callback uses, so however a deployment signs in the stored value
  is honored identically (same-origin path directly; control_plane_url via the one-time login-code
  handoff). A stale cookie is ignored rather than failing a completed sign-in.

- Budgets, both halves: ENFORCEMENT (an already over-budget team or its owning org stops being a
  grantor, in the source gate) and ACCOUNTING (a team-derived tool call is billed to the granting
  team and ITS org, so that budget accumulates and the right organization is charged). A server the
  user's own grant reaches bills the user; when several teams grant one server the pick is the
  lowest team_id, stable and auditable. Billing rides a COPY, so authorization still sees the full
  union, and it is inert when the target server cannot be resolved from the tool name.

Deferred (tracked): client-selected server scoping of the session token (LIT-4680).

refactor(ui): migrate memory page to shadcn
Replaces the antd Drawer with ui/sheet and the antd Button, Typography and
Space usage with ui/button plus token utilities, and swaps the @ant-design
PlusOutlined icon for lucide's Plus. Toasts now go through the shared
MessageManager so the route no longer imports antd directly.

The route's tests were written against the antd components in the previous
commit and are unchanged here, so they pass on both implementations.

MemoryEditModal is left alone because it is built on antd Form; the table
already sits on the shared DataTable.

refactor(ui): migrate search-tools info view to shadcn (#34323)
* test(ui): pin search-tools info view behavior before shadcn migration

Rewrite the markup-coupled copy-button assertions in SearchToolView to
role queries plus lucide icon-state, and add a role/text characterization
suite for SearchConnectionTest, which had none. Both are green against the
current antd/Tremor components so they can act as an unedited regression
net across the migration.

* refactor(ui): migrate search-tools info view to shadcn

Port the search-tools detail view and its two helpers off antd and Tremor
onto the installed shadcn primitives plus token utilities:

- SearchToolView (the info page reached by clicking a tool) now uses
  ui/button, ui/card and a plain CSS-grid header instead of Tremor
  Card/Grid/Title/Text and antd Button
- SearchToolTester swaps antd Input/Button/Spin and Tremor Card/Title for
  ui/input, ui/button and UiLoadingSpinner, with no inline styles
- SearchConnectionTest swaps antd Button/Divider/Typography and the inline
  keyframe spinner for ui/button, ui/separator and UiLoadingSpinner

Markup only; no behavior change. The list page (SearchTools) and its create
and edit forms stay on antd because they are Form-bearing and blocked until
the forms migration. Icons move from antd and heroicons to lucide. The
retired antd no-restricted-imports suppressions are pruned from the
baseline.

* fix(ui): drop redundant vertical padding in SearchToolTester card

The shadcn Card already applies py-6 and gap-6 to its flex children, so
the pt-6/pb-6/mb-6 added during the migration stacked on top of it and
roughly doubled the vertical whitespace. Keep only px-6 (Card has no
horizontal padding) and let the Card own the vertical rhythm, which
restores the original 24px spacing.

* style(ui): format SearchConnectionTest test file with prettier

Wires up five error-level ESLint rules on the dashboard, grandfathering every
current offender into eslint-suppressions.json so the gate only bites new code
and ratchets down as files are fixed

- local/filename-pascal-case: new local rule requiring PascalCase .tsx names,
  exempting Next.js reserved files (page, layout, route, ...) and test/spec files
  (239 grandfathered)
- max-lines: 800 lines over src/**, excluding tests, src/data, and generated
  schema.d.ts (20 grandfathered)
- local/no-complex-jsx-arrow: new local rule flagging inline JSX arrow handlers
  with block bodies over two statements; each failure is a small extract-to-named
  -handler refactor (65 grandfathered)
- prefer-const: flipped from off to error (103 grandfathered)
- no-restricted-imports: added antd to the phase-out ban alongside tremor, and

The suggestion text built the rename from only the head segment, so a
multi-dot file like my-component.utils.tsx was told to become

PascalCased head plus the untouched remaining segments, and add tests
covering multi-dot filenames and the hyphenated Next.js reserved names
