fix: remove Final from mapped_thinking to allow clamped reassignment

Browse source 
basedpyright flagged mapped_thinking as Final while the clamp fix
reassigns it after capping the budget. Dropping Final resolves the
reportGeneralTypeIssues gate failure without changing behavior.
