fix: patch authenticator instance directly in TestResponsesAPIMiscMethods

Browse source 
setup_method creates a real Authenticator instance in __init__.
@patch on the class doesn't affect the already-created instance.
Instead, mock self.config.authenticator.get_api_key directly.
