fix: add missing imports and @patch decorators to new test classes

- Import get_copilot_default_headers and COPILOT_CONVERSATION_ID_HEADER
  in test_conversation_id.py (fixes NameError)
- Add @patch Authenticator decorators to TestResponsesAPIMiscMethods
  methods that need it (fixes fixture errors)
- Add missing imports: AuthenticationError, GetAPIKeyError,
  GenericLiteLLMParams
