fix: improve command text contrast in light theme ( #225 )

- Replace bg-black/90 with bg-muted for better theme adaptation
- Replace text-foreground with text-muted-foreground for proper contrast
- Add border-border for better visual separation
- Ensures WCAG AAA compliance in both light and dark themes
Fixes contrast issue where command text was barely readable in light theme
(black text on nearly black background)

- Update processGeneralTask prompt to include safety restrictions
- Align generalTask behavior with fixGitHubIssue implementation
- Prevents execution of dangerous long-running or interactive commands
- Enforces proper git branching practices
Addresses Slack mention request to add restrictions to generalTask prompt.

- Add instructions to create and push to remote branch
- Include guidance for opening PR using gh CLI
- Ensure all changes are tracked and reviewable before merging
* Align Slack roomote trigger with other trigger patterns
- Restructured processSlackMention to follow the same pattern as processIssueComment and processPullRequestComment
- Created structured prompt with clear context and instructions instead of just appending to original prompt
- Maintains git workflow instructions while improving consistency across roomote triggers
- Addresses feedback from @mrubens in PR comment #3041965262
