- Add TypeScript documentation for hasSeenEditWarningInSessionRef
- Rename ref to hasSeenEditWarningInSessionRef for clarity
- Consolidate edit warning logic into handleEditMessageDialog callback
- Simplify double-click handler to use native React onDoubleClick event
- Remove select-none class to allow text selection while maintaining double-click edit
- Add tooltips for double-click area and edit button
- Add translations for new tooltip strings in all 17 supported languages
- Fix duplicate key errors in translation files
This change fixes the issue where the edit warning dialog appears on every edit, even after the user has already seen it once. The solution:
1. Uses a React ref to store the preference in memory during the session
2. Bypasses the dialog if the user has already seen it
3. Adds double-click functionality to user messages for quick editing
The preference is reset when the VS Code window is reloaded, ensuring users are reminded of the warning after a restart.

fix: remove invalid skip-checkout parameter from GitHub Actions workflows
- Removed skip-checkout parameter from nightly-publish.yml
- Removed skip-checkout parameter from marketplace-publish.yml
- Removed skip-checkout parameter from changeset-release.yml
The setup-node-pnpm action only accepts: node-version, pnpm-version, skip-install, and install-args.
The skip-checkout parameter was causing warnings in workflow runs.

Fixed line 1576 to check for event.key === ">" for proper Cmd+Shift+. detection.

- Replace event.key checks with event.code === "Period" for both shortcuts
- Fixes keyboard layout compatibility issue where Shift+Period produces different characters on non-US layouts
