Merged PR #133 which adds AST-based Laravel Route::* extraction. Reverted AGENTS.md, CLAUDE.md, and README.md to preserve current config, crypto warning, Discord link, and correct language support count (12, including Kotlin/Swift). Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.6 <noreply@anthropic.com>
