Abe Jellinek 3c8d50dd47 Remove loadBrowserWindow() test support function (#5050) ... A browser window was no longer actually needed for charset detection (on macOS, at least, and hopefully elsewhere) because we switched to a HiddenFrame-based hidden browser.
