Dan Stillman f483c80f36 Fix item tree column refresh before the table has mounted ... Resetting the columns of an item tree that hadn't rendered its table yet threw inside a forceUpdate() callback before resolving the promise ItemTree.notify() was waiting on, so the notification never reached later observers.
