Dan Stillman 557a195b12 Closes #582, Ability to reorder creators ... I am nothing if not a man of the people. Uses an old suggestion from Andrew Moylan from the forums (http://forums.zotero.org/discussion/514/change-order-of-authors/): "Move Up" and "Move Down" options in the creator type menu.
