Brad Groux 5421e01ed1 fix(ci): pin Node 20 for ESLint/ajv compat, override minimatch >=10.2.1 
- ESLint 9 + ajv has incompatibility with Node 22 causing TypeError
- minimatch <10.2.1 ReDoS vulnerability via exceljs dependencies
- Both fixes minimal and targeted to get CI green
