Agnik47 8233cfb99d fix(mcp): keep the getDocuments timeout when a caller passes a signal ... Same pattern as forgetMemoryRequest: `options?.signal ?? AbortSignal.timeout(...)` dropped the 30s bound whenever a caller supplied its own signal.
