Mahesh Sanikommu 1afe611b29 fix(web): rework skills layout and move editor into a drawer ... Replace the two card grids with one full-width list plus scope filter pills, so content fills the column instead of a third of it. Move the editor into a 720px right drawer, lift scope above the body, make description a textarea, and put Write/Preview on the instructions field.
