Add an opt-in verification pass (STRIX_VERIFY_FINDINGS + STRIX_VERIFICATION_MODEL) that sends every candidate finding to an independent model which tries to refute it before the finding is persisted. Fail-closed: rejected findings and verifier errors never reach customer-facing artifacts.
