Ben Younes 4d602b4089 Merge remote-tracking branch 'origin/main' into fix/issue-900-baseline-run ... Resolve the strix/interface/cli_args.py conflict against the resume refactor on main: load_resume_state() now raises ResumeError instead of calling parser.error, and the bare --resume picker loads runs outside parse_arguments. _validate_baseline_run() therefore raises ValueError; parse_arguments maps it to parser.error and load_resume_state wraps it in ResumeError, so a bad persisted baseline is reported on both resume paths.
