Ahmed Allam	45b775dcd5	fix(cli): apply the --fail-on threshold regardless of run status ... A stopped run with no findings already exits 0, so skipping the threshold only when low findings exist made the gate depend on the wrong thing. The threshold now always applies; reporting an unfinished run is a separate exit-code concern.	2026-10-04 00:03:23 +03:00
