Subject: [PATCH] docs(llm-providers): add LLMTR AI gateway provider

Document LLMTR (https://llmtr.com), a Turkey-hosted OpenAI-compatible
gateway offering 265+ models under a single API key. Follows the existing
OpenAI-compatible pattern (openai/ route prefix + LLM_API_BASE), so no
code changes are needed. Adds the provider page, registers it in the docs
nav, and lists it in the overview provider cards.

+LLMTR exposes an OpenAI-compatible endpoint, so point Strix at it with `LLM_API_BASE` and
