Resolves the conflict in upsert_message_to_chat_by_id_and_message_id by keeping the new content-from-output derivation added upstream while dropping the get_chat_by_id prefetch that the single read-modify-write pass replaces. Verified end to end on a fresh database: upserts, role inference, output-derived content, status appends with touch=False, deletion with dual-row cleanup and unknown-id handling all behave as before. |
