fix: set legacy=false for collection_names format in ModelEditor

The knowledge mapping logic in ModelEditor.svelte unconditionally sets
legacy: true for entries using the collection_names format. But
collection_names is the current format (replacing the old singular
collection_name), so it should not be marked as legacy.

This caused all knowledge collections to display as 'Legacy Collection'
in the Model Editor UI, even when using the current data format.

Fixes #26035
