chore: add changelog entries for 0.11.2

Documents the commits landed on dev after the 0.11.1 changelog entry: the richer terminal file previews with page thumbnails, and ten user-facing fixes covering stalled streaming on reasoning models, post-tool-call thinking leaking into replies, pinned models carrying the previous model's tools, disabled admin models, skill-mention text loss, moved calendar events, admin user counts, the workspace model list on narrow screens, the shared chats search box, and account matching on SQLite. Also records the German, Catalan, and Portuguese (Brazil) translation updates. Issue template and pull request template edits are omitted as they are not user-facing.
