Yuneng Jiang fdafcf28b2 refactor(ui): migrate cost-tracking and users off antd and Tremor ... Replaces antd and Tremor markup in the four route-exclusive components with installed shadcn primitives from @/components/ui plus token utilities. Markup only; no data flow, request or props contract changes.
