Eric K. Sender fc951456e7 fix(deps): clear known advisories in the pass-through test project 
The Vertex AI SDK and the jest dev tree pull in vulnerable protobufjs, ws,
brace-expansion, browserslist, js-yaml and @babel/core versions, so pin
each through an npm override and refresh the lockfile.
