Deleting a param in the model editor did nothing: the /model/{id}/update
PATCH merges the incoming litellm_params over the stored ones, and an omitted
key kept its stored value, so removed params (e.g. reasoning_effort) persisted.
Backend: update_db_model now clears any litellm_params field the caller sets to
an explicit null, not just the pricing fields. The cross-blob mirror and the
model_info clear path stay scoped to SPECIAL_MODEL_INFO_PARAMS, so a null cannot
reach privileged model_info fields like team_id.
UI: the editor now sends a deleted param as an explicit null. Keys are diffed
against the seed the editor was populated from, which already excludes masked
secrets and the credential name, so a stripped credential is never mistaken for
a deletion and nulled out.
