* fix(bedrock): resolve AWS region and secret lookups off the event loop Bedrock request paths that resolve their region, endpoint or bearer token inside the async handler now do it in the AWS signing executor, so a slow secret manager read no longer stalls every other request on the worker * fix(bedrock): type the STS client kwargs and claude platform environment override Keeps the basedpyright counts at or below the merge base after the off-loop wraps, by typing the STS client kwargs as a TypedDict, the claude platform environment override with concrete dicts, and the realtime region call through the typed getter * test(bedrock): detect event loop stalls without wall-clock timing The Vault fake now answers a read only after the test loop runs a callback, so a read made on the loop thread is caught deterministically instead of by a sleep and a heartbeat threshold |

we've started mapping the litellm directory in tests/unit
This folder can only run mock tests.
