Staging migrated the Create Organization form to the shadcn OrgCreateDialog, which orphaned the PR's logging_exporters field on the old antd form. Re-apply it to the new dialog: add logging_exporters to emptyOrgFormValues, send it from buildOrgCreateBody only when non-empty, and render LoggingExportersSelect in the dialog.
