mrinal-berri 2f19d8ed87 fix(databricks): send a single plain text block as a string for non-Claude models (#45686) 
Backport of #45686 to stable/1.104.x.
Cherry-picked from 1aee1a21ed (main).
Test-file import conflict resolved by keeping the line's imports plus this PR's own.
