* feat(proxy): replace the pre-migration row check with a rolled-back dry run of the pending migrations * feat(proxy): roll back each migration of the dry run on its own and baseline-check databases without a ledger * test(proxy): cover the dry run CLI and PrismaManager wrapper without a database * fix(proxy): refuse the no-ledger dry run for a custom migration folder like boot does, and probe the rolled-back indexes directly * ci(codecov): stop carrying forward the roi-postgres and redis-compat flags Their carried-forward sessions were measured against older proxy_cli.py revisions (633 and 689 line maps against 710 today) and mark docstring lines of the merged file as missed, which failed codecov/patch on this PR at 70% while every unit shard reports the lines hit --------- Co-authored-by: devin-ai-integration[bot] <158243242+devin-ai-integration[bot]@users.noreply.github.com> |

Additional files for the proxy. Reduces the size of the main litellm package.
Currently, only stores the migration.sql files for litellm-proxy.
To install, run:
uv add litellm-proxy-extras
OR
uv tool install 'litellm[proxy]' # installs litellm-proxy-extras and other proxy dependencies
To use the migrations, run:
litellm --use_prisma_migrate
