mateo-berri df8f46c4ea test(decisions): read _hidden_params in the OpenAI provider test on stable/1.104.x 
The public hidden_params accessor comes from #44668, which is not on stable/1.104.x, so the backported test reads the private attribute like the rest of the file

In total litellm runs 1000+ tests

[02/20/2025] Update:

To make it easier to contribute and map what behavior is tested,

we've started mapping the litellm directory in tests/unit

This folder can only run mock tests.
