ryan-crabbe-berri ddb313a997 fix(ci): TQ009 only clears a handler when every path out of it reports ... The first cut asked whether a `raise` or a `pytest.fail` existed anywhere in the handler, which an `ast.walk` finds inside a branch that never runs. A handler like `if expected is False: pass else: raise e`, under a parametrize whose only case sets it False, always takes the `pass` and reported clean. Reporting is now a property of every path out of the block: an `if` counts only when both halves report, and one with no `else` never does, since the fall-through is the path a swallowed assertion takes. That separates the dead `raise` above from `if pytest: pytest.fail(...) else: raise`, where both halves genuinely report and the handler is fine. Takes the rule from 23 sites to 42, including an authorization test that has been passing while the check it guards fails.		2026-08-26 22:07:59 -07:00
