yuneng-jiang da5ea59667 refactor(ui): remove dead API calls from networking.tsx (#49507) ... Deletes 17 exported calls that nothing references anymore. The Old Usage page removal left 10 behind, the move of agent traces to the Lens service left 5, and modelInfoV1Call and getUISettings lost their last callers in earlier refactors Seven names that are only used inside the file stop being exported. buildModelGroupTestRequest stays exported because networking.test.ts calls it directly Also drops the two test mocks that still stubbed deleted calls and prunes the lower eslint suppression counts for the file		2026-10-31 22:09:15 +00:00
