* fix(streaming): report the deployment's api_base when a stream fails mid-way * fix(responses): report the deployment's api_base when a native responses stream fails mid-way * fix(streaming): name the deployment's configured api_base in mid-stream errors and keep prompt text out Mid-stream errors on chat and native /v1/responses streams now prefer the router's configured api_base over the logged request URL, websocket turns keep the connection's api_base, and the mid-stream mapping no longer adds the prompt to the debug info. * fix(streaming): keep api_base credentials out of error debug info and leave websocket turn logging unchanged * fix(streaming): name the websocket connection's api_base on turn failures and strip scheme-less userinfo * fix(streaming): strip api_base userinfo before cutting the query so a raw ? or # in a password stays out Adds the audit's integration tests for the mid-stream alert API Base line and the SDK debug info. * fix(streaming): leave the API Base line out when an @ follows the host A raw / ? or # in a password and an @ in a query or path read the same in a malformed api_base, so either guess could show a secret or a wrong host. * fix(streaming): keep the API Base line when an @ sits in a provider path Vertex partner model ids like claude-opus-5-5@default put an @ in the URL path, so the fail-closed rule left out the line main printed. The line is now left out only when the text before the first / ? or # is not a host, and a :// counts as the scheme only after a valid scheme name. * test(streaming): cover a numeric password with a slash in the API Base line The audit found that a password like 1234/function-secret, which looks like a port, had no case.
