* fix(spend): await the per-request rollup enqueues and report their failures The daily and entity spend rollups ran in an unreferenced asyncio task that nothing awaited or drained, so a shutdown after the spend log was enqueued could drop every rollup for that request, and a malformed metadata payload dropped the request from all daily tables at debug level.
