yuneng-jiang 9d5984b358 refactor(ui): rename the create MCP server component to PascalCase (#35686) ... Pure rename, no behavior change. create_mcp_server.tsx and its test move to CreateMCPServer, the two importers and one stale e2e comment follow, and the local/filename-pascal-case suppression drops now that the file passes the rule on its own.
