ryan f3bbeed82f feat(proxy): let team admins manage projects via team_admin_editable_team_fields ... Adds a projects entry to the team_admin_editable_team_fields setting. When set, team admins (legacy admins list or members_with_roles role admin) can call /project/new and /project/update for the teams they administer.
