After any management write to a DB-backed config table, publish an invalidation event on the coordination Redis; every pod runs a subscriber that debounces, jitters, and triggers an immediate add_deployment plus get_credentials resync. The interval polls stay as slow reconciliation fallback and behavior without Redis is unchanged since publish and subscribe both no-op.
