milan-berri bf8b615b64 fix(auth): support selective jwt override oauth2 routing (#25252) ... Allow JWT tokens matching routing_overrides to use OAuth2 introspection without enabling global OAuth2 while keeping OAuth2 routing limited to LLM/info routes.
