Cursor Agent 358b732d49 feat: Add AnthropicWebSearchHook for routing web_search to litellm.search 
- Add AnthropicWebSearchHook to intercept Anthropic web_search tool calls
- Route web_search through LiteLLM's search API (router.search) for non-Anthropic providers
- Support for Bedrock, Vertex AI, and other providers that don't have native web search
- Extract search parameters (max_uses -> max_results, user_location -> country)
- Pass through to native Anthropic web search for anthropic provider
- Register hook in _custom_logger_compatible_callbacks_literal
- Add comprehensive unit tests (27 tests)

In total litellm runs 1000+ tests

[02/20/2025] Update:

To make it easier to contribute and map what behavior is tested,

we've started mapping the litellm directory in tests/test_litellm

This folder can only run mock tests.
