Add pricing and context window data for OpenAI's GPT-OSS-Safeguard-20B
model on Groq, a reasoning model trained for safety classification tasks.

- Cached input: $0.037/1M tokens
- Output: $0.30/1M tokens
- Context window: 131,072 tokens
- Max output: 65,536 tokens
