refactor(ui): move MCP text onto i18n 
Route the page-authored English on /mcp-servers, /mcp/oauth/callback and the
shared MCP permission, server selector and BYOK components through t() and
Trans, with 1,094 messages added to en.json under mcpServers,
mcpServerManagement, mcpTools and mcpOAuthCallback. The rendered English is
unchanged.
