Abhimanyu Kapur 2092b809d3 Merge origin/litellm_internal_staging into shadow-eval-pre-adoption ... Resolves two real conflicts (the PR's actual base branch is litellm_internal_staging, not main): - litellm/types/management_endpoints/auto_router_endpoints.py: kept both the Mapping and Literal imports, both used by pre-existing types. - tests/e2e/proxy_client.py: kept upstream's more detailed create_model() docstring covering multi-replica propagation. Everything else auto-merged cleanly. Regenerated the OpenAPI schema (schema.d.ts) to pick up upstream's tier_turns addition to the auto-router benchmarks response.
