The pre-check now holds the handler's exact gateway test, so remote MCP tools, mcp 1.x installs and any tools iterable stay off the handler, and the base SDK check calls responses() with a remote MCP tool. |

To make it easier to contribute and map what behavior is tested,
we've started mapping the litellm directory in tests/unit
This folder can only run mock tests.
