Cuts the explanatory comments and docstrings added here down to one line each, or removes them where the code already says it. Restores the four pre-existing docstrings this PR had reworded to their original text; the one remaining edit to existing text is TierDefinition.description, whose hardcoded tier list would otherwise misstate that a tier named NON_REASONING may also omit its description. |
