shrey kharbanda ebee797b71 fix(exa): unify receipt and operator pricing precedence 
Keep receipts usable after serialization and without catalog entries. Preserve request modes for direct costing, apply generic custom-map prices across modes, and use the same result count for native and unified requests. The latest Exa price registration replaces the previous price kind.

Adapted the public receipt lookup and canonical catalog URL from 96a2b14005 and ffe8a669b0. Keep pricing detection local to Exa and compare catalog entries individually rather than fingerprinting the entire installed catalog.

[02/20/2025] Update:

To make it easier to contribute and map what behavior is tested,

we've started mapping the litellm directory in tests/unit

This folder can only run mock tests.
