Mrinal Chanshetty 0e5f178cfe test(proxy): prove team tag rows with one key shared by two teams 
The integration test gave each team its own key, so api_key alone kept the
rows apart and dropping team_id from the tag queue key still passed. One key
now moves between the two teams through /key/update, the shape JWT callers
(all recorded as api_key "") and moved keys produce.

The upgrade note in the drop-index migration warns operators not to run the
schema-sync SQL an old instance prints, which drops team_id and both new
indexes. Trims comments that restated the code.

Additional files for the proxy. Reduces the size of the main litellm package.

Currently, only stores the migration.sql files for litellm-proxy.

To install, run:

uv add litellm-proxy-extras

OR

uv tool install 'litellm[proxy]' # installs litellm-proxy-extras and other proxy dependencies

To use the migrations, run:

litellm --use_prisma_migrate
