Conflict resolution: main added @with_service_target decorators to the hook signatures this branch guards; keep main's decorators and the branch's is_batch_line_item_event guards side by side (parallel_request limiters keep the guard lines under the decorator). The ClickHouse sink keeps both imports (batch line-item guard + credential redaction).
